Phil is an award-winning, globally recognized creative leader with over 30 years in the industry. He is currently Chief Creative Officer at FG|PG where he leads all creative while also being a hands-on maker/doer across FGPG’s portfolio of some of the best known brands in the world including CarsCommerce, eBay, Epic Games, Evolus, HoYoverse, Marvel Snap, Meta, Oculus, OCVIBE, Panasonic, Petersen Automotive Museum, Unreal Engine, Wipro, and more.

Founded 23 years ago, FGPG is one of the largest woman-owned, WBENC Certified, experience design, production, and fabrication agencies in the US with global capabilities. With an award-winning multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, producers, technologists, and fabricators we have the rare ability to provide a full suite of in-house experiential, exhibit, event, PR, and content solutions to help the world’s most innovative brands stay one step ahead of the competition and drive meaningful business results.

Prior to FGPG, Koutsis was the Executive Creative Director at We're Magnetic, leading agency creative and handling high-profile clients like Airbnb, American Express, Instagram, Klarna, Lyft, Facebook, Netflix, OpenTable, Pinterest, SAP, Samsung, Shopify, and TikTok. He also served as SVP, Group Creative Director at Momentum Worldwide, leading creative projects for clients including Facebook, Samsung, Google, and American Express.

Koutsis is known for his innovative work, including the award-winning "You VS Sharapova" campaign for American Express, which featured the first ever “active virtual reality” tennis game; launching Small Business Saturday and the “Shop Small with Shaq” NBA campaign; leading FGPG’s, show stopping Marvel Snap Cosmic Cube Experience at New York ComicCon; and for FGPG’s production of the 34-minute long form film for GameChangers not-for-profit to tackle the fentanyl and opioid crisis in West Virginia that played in schools across the state.
