Across Africa and emerging markets, Amy has led high-impact ESG and social initiatives spanning responsible drinking, water stewardship, education, gender inclusion and community development. Her work includes pioneering the first all-women Diageo Bar Academy across multiple African markets, leading large-scale WASH programmes in underserved communities and delivering award-winning sustainability and inclusion campaigns that achieved industry recognition and measurable social outcomes. She has also partnered closely with governments, NGOs and international stakeholders to shape policy-aligned programmes with lasting impact.
