Based in Dubai for over 25 years, Bilal has spearheaded the establishment, operation, and expansion of businesses for several multinational corporations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Throughout his career, Bilal has represented individual companies as well as industry and trade groups with cross-sector business interests in the region.
Most recently, Bilal was appointed by Guidepoint, the New York-based intelligence services firm, as their regional Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa, & Central Asia.
Guidepoint manages a global contractor network of approximately 2 million advisors specialized in over 300 industries across almost 200 countries. Guidepoint’s clients for expert intelligence services include all top-tier global consulting firms, investment groups, government & semi-government organizations, and large multinational corporations from around the world.
Bilingual and experienced in challenging multicultural environments, Bilal is a skilled Board member and business leader passionate about driving business development across emerging markets. He is recognized for his expertise in strategy building, public policy & government relations, and forging enduring win-win public-private partnerships.
Bilal received his bachelor’s degree from the American University in Dubai and later gained a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Melbourne.
