With 20 years in the vacation rental industry and 30 in hospitality, Cristiana has lived it all – from her very first role as a property recruiter to leading at the CEO level. Along the way, she discovered her true passions: helping companies grow, transforming business models, building strong teams, and designing strategies that actually work. Multilingual at heart (Italian, French, English, German, Spanish), Cristiana thrives in international contexts and loves connecting the dots between markets, people, and opportunities.
Today, as the CEO of Tara Home Consulting, she works side by side with Property Managers and Hotel directors to scale their businesses. Supporting them with M&A strategies and expansion plans; Training and reorganizing teams for efficiency and growth; Creating AI-driven marketing & operational frameworks; Producing international events like WVREC that connect, inspire, and empower our industries.
At the end of the day, Cristiana's mission is simple: to be the growth partner every Property Manager or Hotel Director wishes they had – combining strategy, creativity, and real passion for the hospitality industry.
