In her role, Crystal leads the strategic sales efforts and business growth across the Ottawa retail, Montreal, and Toronto government branches, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact talent solutions.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry, Crystal has built a career rooted in strong client relationships, business development, and leadership. Throughout her progression, she has demonstrated a deep passion for recruitment and sales, driven by the knowledge that her work makes a real difference in people’s lives.
