Joanna is recognized for her cross‑country and cross‑functional leadership capabilities, with a strong track record of building new teams, launching new service lines, and driving organizational transformation. Her core strengths include improving operational efficiency, developing new business opportunities, and guiding companies through strategic growth.
She specializes in strategic analysis of real estate markets and portfolios, advisory for development projects and urban spaces, as well as strategic consulting for businesses navigating change.
Joanna graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, as well as the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
