Juliette Gaussem holds a Master’s degree in Management from Reims Management Business School (France) and completed the International Business Linkage Program at Aalto University (Finland).
With 15 years of experience in sustainability, she worked for various purpose-driven organizations like Signify, where she headed the ESG reporting team and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where she led the GRI Guidance and Practice unit. Juliette’s core expertise lies in multi-stakeholder consultation, ESG strategy, and sustainability reporting. In January 2024, she joined Netceed as Group Head of Sustainability, where she is responsible for driving the company’s global sustainability strategy and programs, as well as leading internal and external engagement on ESG topics.
