He specialises in shaping ESG strategies, guiding organisations through complex transitions, and translating sustainability ambitions into actionable, commercially viable outcomes. With extensive experience advising senior executives and boards, he supports organisations in navigating regulatory demands while embedding sustainability into core business and investment decisions.
Wojciech is a recognised thought leader in the field, contributing to FIDIC’s Future Leaders publications and speaking at global industry forums. He is a recipient of the FIDIC Future Leaders Outstanding Achievement Award and was named among the UK's 35 Under 35 in Sustainability.
He holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University and Executive Education from Yale School of Management, and is passionate about advancing impactful, credible sustainability transformation.
